When an order is returned to us after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we will contact sender via provided email address to make reshipping arrangements. We strongly recommend not shipping wine during the warmer summer months. Shipments that are selected via UPS Ground are sent on Mondays to ensure the wine doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
